Yes — you’re welcome to bring whatever you like alongside the provided pizzas, waters, and Gatorades.

Absolutely — decorate the party space how you want, as long as all décor is removed at cleanup.

Yes — additional time can be added on select days for an extra fee.

Candles, (we have some in case you forget) cake/cupcakes, tablecloths (if you don’t purchase them at checkout), cake plates (if needed) and any additional decorations you want to use to decorate the party area. (party areas are pre decorated with sports decor.)

All parties:

• Are on the field (with bounce houses) and in the party eating area for 2 hours

4 Large Inflatable Balls (1 – 78 inch and 3 – 55 inch balls)

Each child will receive a crown, tutu, wand, and dance ribbon. (Birthday child will receive a birthday sash)

Instead of charging parents per child attending, we charge a $100 joint party fee if you are celebrating more than one child to help cover the cost of extra party supplies.

Yes, Banquets are allowed on Fridays, 6-9pm.

Recommend max amount of people: 100 with a rotation type eating setup.

Yes, there are Bluetooth speakers on the field/court and in the party areas. Also we have a CD player and Kidz Pop CD’s available for music.

Each party comes with 2 (16-cut) XL cheese pizza’s, 10 waters and 10 Gatorades.

You can order addition food and drink online at checkout.

You will also receive an email the Monday before your party asking if you would like to order any additional food or drink.

If more guests end up attending than you were expecting, you can always order additional food after you arrive. Just tell your party host no later than 30 minutes into your party)

If you would like something different than pizza, you are welcome to bring your own food or order anything from Mario’s Pizza https://www.mariospittsburgh.com/ through us.

Renters are responsible for:

• Removing all items they bring.
• Disposing of the trash into the provided trash cans.

Tipping isn’t required, but our hosts do far more than assist — they create a smooth, stress‑free experience by handling setup, guiding the flow of the party, engaging with guests, and taking care of cleanup so you can actually enjoy your celebration. Most guests choose to tip 10–15% to recognize the level of care and effort that goes into making the day special.

Yes!

Setup/breakdown times will vary depending on the time of year you book your party.

You will receive an email the Monday before your party letting you know how much setup/breakdown time you have.

Typically:

• January – March | 45 minutes
• April – December | 15-30 minutes

A deposit of 50% is due at check out. The other 50% is due before your party starts, the day of the party. We accept credit cards and cash.

• If you cancel the party with more than 72 hours’ notice, then you waive the right to the deposit but you will not owe anything further for the canceled party.
• If you cancel the party with less than 72 hours’ notice, then, so long as you reschedule the party to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled party, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the party.
• If you no-show the party, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the party.
• If you walk out on the party prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the party.
• If an Act of God or weather event causes the sportsplex to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather party.
