1) Once you have completed your booking, Click MY SCHEDULE on the left to be sure the booking went through correctly.
System only allows you to book 1 hour at a time. (It doesn’t matter how many sessions you purchased.)
2) Winter time will not be available for purchase until November. If you are looking to book 12 or more dates for the winter, please email Austin at amcclinton@greentreesportsplex.com
Step by Step Directions: First time using the online booking site:
Click Login – Create Account
You will be sent an email to verify your account before you can get started.
Once logged in – Click ‘Book Sessions’ to look through the schedule of availability.
Click the date and time you would like to purchase.
Click Buy Package- follow the directions until you click ‘complete booking’.
If you purchased more than one session, YOU MUST GO BACK TO THE SCHEDULE AND BOOK THE REST OF YOUR REQUESTED TIME.

Or you can save these sessions to use for another time. They will stay on your online account.

Rental time is based in exact time segments. The time you are renting includes setup and breakdown of equipment and all individuals and equipment must be off the field/court by scheduled end time.

We do not supply any equipment. We have bases for baseball/softball, soccer nets and lacrosse nets.
Volleyball nets are available for volleyball court rental. All net heights are available, including men’s, women’s, juniors, and co-ed. Clients are responsible for adjusting net heights and providing their own equipment; however, our front desk staff is happy to assist with net adjustments if needed.
We do not provide any other equipment that is not on the fields. Please see the field descriptions above for more detail.
Unless it is for a party or function, outside food or drink is not permitted in the building.
Our fields are open to all sports! Our most frequent sports are soccer, baseball/softball, football, lacrosse, rugby, and cricket.
We allow most cleats with the exception of metal. Metal cleats are not permitted.
Payment for rentals may be made in one of the following ways:
- Credit Card - Call (412) 922‑1818, Extension 1. Available anytime, though preferred hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
- Check by Mail – Send to the SportsPlex office.
- Cash in Person – Pay at the SportsPlex front desk.
If a credit card is kept on file with Greentree SportsPlex, renter hereby authorizes management to charge that card automatically on the due date for any rental balance owed. All payments must be received on or before the due date in order to gain access to the rental area.
Renter is responsible for cleaning the field or court space immediately after each rental, including removing all trash, bottles, and personal items, and returning any equipment such as lacrosse nets, soccer goals, bases, or batting cages to its original position. Any damage to the facility must be reported to SportsPlex staff immediately, including turf damage caused by improper footwear. Failure to report damages may result in loss of rental privileges without refund, and security cameras are in use to ensure accountability.
Rental time is based on exact time segments and includes setup and breakdown; all participants and equipment must vacate the space by the scheduled end time. The rental contract applies only to the designated space, and other areas of the facility may not be used unless scheduled and paid for in advance. Extensions may be granted at the same hourly rate if time is available, and special event needs must be approved by SportsPlex Management prior to signing.
Contracted rental time cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued for unused time except in the event of emergency facility closings due to weather, government shutdown, mechanical issues, or managerial cancellation approval. No outside food is permitted, and absolutely no food, gum, tape, or sunflower seeds are allowed on the turf. Metal cleats are strictly prohibited; only turf shoes or sneakers are permitted. All participants must have a signed Injury Release and Waiver form on file.
