Renter is responsible for cleaning the field or court space immediately after each rental, including removing all trash, bottles, and personal items, and returning any equipment such as lacrosse nets, soccer goals, bases, or batting cages to its original position. Any damage to the facility must be reported to SportsPlex staff immediately, including turf damage caused by improper footwear. Failure to report damages may result in loss of rental privileges without refund, and security cameras are in use to ensure accountability.
Rental time is based on exact time segments and includes setup and breakdown; all participants and equipment must vacate the space by the scheduled end time. The rental contract applies only to the designated space, and other areas of the facility may not be used unless scheduled and paid for in advance. Extensions may be granted at the same hourly rate if time is available, and special event needs must be approved by SportsPlex Management prior to signing.
Contracted rental time cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued for unused time except in the event of emergency facility closings due to weather, government shutdown, mechanical issues, or managerial cancellation approval. No outside food is permitted, and absolutely no food, gum, tape, or sunflower seeds are allowed on the turf. Metal cleats are strictly prohibited; only turf shoes or sneakers are permitted. All participants must have a signed Injury Release and Waiver form on file.
